              Rented at Promenade Apartments by Irvine Company. Moved out upon lease expiration on July 25, 2024. Received an Estimated Account Statement on August 7, 2024 with a check refund in the amount of $522.54 from my deposit. Received a "Final Account Statement - Revised" on September 4, 2024 which the ************************ told me I would receive after repairs to the apartment were completed. They sent this statement with another copy of the check of $522.54 which I deposited and paid back to the apartment through my resident portal. The amount due was $1,196.03 (see attachment). I paid the amount due on September 10, 2024 through their portal. (see screenshot). On October 21, 2024 I checked the mail and received the attached 10/24/24 "Final Account Statement - Revised" for the second time claiming I still owe $522.54 citing errors on their end. Additionally, they made changes to my portal associated with the Unit (see screenshot) and they did not add the repair charges until October 2024 despite having already sent me a bill in early September for those charges. How can you bill for work in September which you're claiming wasn't done until October? At this point, they've sent 3 total statements and 2 checks one of which was not valid and have made numerous accounting errors. I want them to waive the balance and STOP contacting me/sending things to my address.

              Irvine company does a good job with most things except being able to find decent staff for leasing office here at ************, the staff is retaliatory, bias immature and cause much drama where it is not needed, interfering with others safety and living enjoyment.
