The company has deceptive practices. No one when comparing services do they advise that you need to have their more expensive services in order to complete Remote ************* services. Their website is misleading and does not mention credits when signing up for the service. They need to refund the $288.00 they have taken from me for a service that I will not be able to use.Please see attached showing their deceptive practices. The *** that hey claim folks should read to avoid getting robbed by these thieves does not even load while all other pages leave out vital details that would deter reasonable humans from using their service.Initial Complaint

This company is illegally storing my credit card information and keeping PII without my consent. I have contacted customer service via email in which I requested my account profile be deleted as I do not utilize the service to include my credit card information. I was told it is impossible to delete accounts who have any type of transaction on the account including the initial application fee of $125 which is the only fee every charged to the account back in March. This is insane and the company needs to be held liable for refusing to delete accounts and remove saved card info when they were not given consent.Initial Complaint

I have found DocVeriy (Email: ****************************** Website: www.docverify.com) to be completely unreasonable in their cancellation process. I purchased a year subscription of their services on April 6th, however I am no longer going to be in the notary business. (I'm grieving a death in my family) I have had the subscription for a month, but did not use the platform to conduct any transactions. DocVerify refuses to issue a refund for the remaining 11 months of the subscription. I don't believe I am being unreasonable by requesting a refund as the amount paid out was $1,000. I was told this was their cancellation policy, but frankly that is the equivalent of robbing a person. I understand how important it is to read the fine print, however I cannot believable that they are keeping a fee for service they are not providing. This is bad business and I hope no one else goes through this.
