Ddiwork is a piece of c*** I've been reaching out for months because my.ddiwork.com page doesn't work at all and I'm unable to press any buttons on the webpage and I've been trying to remove Branch from my account because Branch closed my account and after filing a complaint with the **** that was sent to the ******* reserve bank it was determined that Branch closed my account. DDIWORK will not assist me in getting that removed, or getting help to access a working website to change the information on my own. Everytime I call they tell me that my Branch account is active and it's not. I've been emailing them since 9/2022 and have more than 20 emails showing that my Branch account has been closed Branch telling me to reach out to DDIWORK for other payment options and DDIWORK says I need to contact Branch and this back and forth has been going on for a year. I now have a ONE account , which people keep telling me I don't have ONE and that's a lie, because they will see where I sent them my ONE information and they asked me to verify that information, and yes i signed fun for ONE via them text that Was sent out and they still won't help me remove the Branch account and my money goes to Branch on Tuesday and then gets returned back to DDIWORK from Branch and then sent to my ONE account on Fridays and this is annoying, and its horrible how i can't get help and literally tired of begging.if someone doesn't reach out to me I'm taking them to small claim court and *** them for all the missed work I could have obtained of the my.ddiwork.com webpage and Spark app actually worked. I mean the app/web developers are doing a horrible job. If they need help with a working website I code and can assist in get the website functioning. Ive tried to access the site from my iPhone 14, ******* device, iPad, a Windows based computer, and a Chromebook and no matter what device I use it doesn't work. I tagged ******* on ******* with a video showing it doesn't work.Initial Complaint

I had an order come up on the ******* Spark app that said it needed to be delivered ASAP so I arrived at my local ******* and waited for the order to be delivered to my vehicle, after waiting for about 15 minutes I called and was told that they were busy but the order was being prepared and would be coming out shortly. So, after another 20 minutes pass, An employee comes to my vehicle and asks who I'm waiting for. After telling them, they say they need to speak to their manager because the order isn't showing up on their device. So after promptly waiting ANOTHER 15 MINUTES, the manager comes out and says "I don't even know why the app let you accept that, it's already been delivered." SO, after driving home fairly perturbed I decided to contact support in which they refused to compensate me for more than about 15% of the overall price of the order I was supposed to deliver. I argued that I had spent my time and resources (gas getting to store/ idling while expecting an order at any moment) and waited for about 45 minutes to an hour for nothing however they could care less and told me my arrival fee of 15% of what I'm owed will arrive in my bank account in 48 hours. Absolutely atrocious way of treating your contractors when YOUR COMPANY makes a mistake. It is not MY responsibility that your app sent a false order and I accepted it. 4 DOLLARS IS NOT ENOUGH COMPENSATION FOR AN HOURS TIME! Just an absolutely atrocious show of support for drivers on the app, you really can't afford to pay me the 18 dollars that was agreed upon after I held up my end of the bargain? This company has no qualms stealing from father of 3 and blaming him for their shortcomings. Not a very good look for ******* being close partners to such a morally bankrupt conglomerate of greed and misconduct.Initial Complaint

This company pays out through a bank called "Branch". I have requested for a debit card to be sent to my address 2 separate times and been told to wait **** business days for it to arrive, only for it to never do so. The customer support through the "Branch" app is not helpful at all. They just tell me to wait **** more days. Where are all these cards going to?Initial Complaint

Forced to sing up with this company through ******* delivery and now am unable to contact them in any capacity . They have no phone number and have NEVER responded to any of my emails in over a year , I tried contacting through email and phone and neither work , Ive now missed out on hundreds of $ of earnings over an application issue because they are storing my social even though I deleted it . Actually since I logged up for this I have recently been a victim of identity fraud so it is possible theyre selling peoples information. Ive sent at least ****************************************************************** ********** so Im subject to privacy laws but this doesnt seem to deter or affect this delivery company . They are violating the *** as well as its contractorsBusiness response

Ive been with Spark/DDI for 2 1/2 years. Never had any issues the first year. Once the company was sold thats when ALL the problems occur. The system is created so that u have no one to speak with about anything. The only option is email and they never respond back. Its consistent waiting on hold and being transferred with No one to solve your problem. My current issue is not being able to log in the DDI driver portal. This portal contains your wage information and other documents pertaining to your account. DDI was switched over in 6/2022 to a new system and now I can log in. *** sent over emails and still no response. Its very frustrating when u cant get any assistance. Im required to change my password due to the system change however when I attempt to change it, Im not receiving the code to verify me to change it.Initial Complaint

10-2022 this company scammed me for my personal information. In return for a job review they took my personal information and haven't given me an answer in 2 months. I believe this company is scamming people to get their ssn. They need to be shut down.Initial Complaint

Problem with web site reported on Oct 7 and received a response via email as quoted below. I have received no response, even though I have replied to the email as requested. Received this response:"Thank you for your submission. Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We appreciate your patience as we are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets and will respond within the next 72 hours.To add additional comments, reply to this email.https://www.ddiwork.com/9008 ******************************************************************* request the web site problem be corrected so I can continue to use the web site.Initial Complaint

I am an independent contractor with this company. For about 2-3 months, I have been unable to log into my portal. Every time I reach out, they say someone will be in contact with you within 72 hours and no one reaches out. That's the only email they send out. I have received that same email four times. I need to upload my new auto insurance information and I can't. I can be deactivated if the information is not uploaded. This is my source of income.Initial Complaint

This company refuses to answer any calls or emails. I have called and literally sat in cue for 3 hours and no one ever answered or responded to my emails. I want my money i worked for. I want a response and access to my funds.
