      I applied to be a spark driver through DDI. There has been an issue where they have lost my application. Well I have been trying for 3 weeks to call and email DDI to get an answer or help. No one will email me back and no one will ever answer the phone. Their voicemails are all completely full. Worse customer service I have ever seen.

      Been trying to contact DDI for 5months.I was approved to work but the app will not allow me to login and it have me in the wrong zone saying I am on a waitlist. Ive emailed only to get automated responses and everytime I call I cant speak to a human and the voicemail is full. Its impossible to speak to someone. They have all my personal information but nobody will reply and is stopping me from having income. This company is a joke and should be shut down

      My account was deactivated for absolutely no reason. This was my job and livelihood and how I pay my bills. They gave me no warning or reason. Now I cannot pay my bills and my entire life is now falling apart. DDI are nothing but criminals. There needs to be a huge lawsuit.

      Trying to see what's going with my application status because its been siting on hold and haven't been approved yet for me to start driving its been over 3 months now and its not fair to me to sit and wait because no one isn't taking their jobs seriously when it comes to onboarding processing. I need to knows what's going on with my application or when is it going to be approve for me to start working or should I move on because I been emailing yall for months and yall haven't solved anything with me!!! I need to know answers as in to why its taking so long to get onboarding to start driving? I sent multiple emails with ticket number to DDI and they will go in threw Zen Desk and fraudulent lie and say they solved my ticket and that's all false lies. My calling the DDI *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** for no reason. I want something done for all the lies statements when it comes to processing **** independent contractors and etc.... I want answers as in to why they haven't process my application??????

      DDI is utilizing the ***** driver through ******* and is in charge of setting up people to be processed and drive for *******. I downloaded the spark app in late June, filled out the documentation required, and received an email stating they would be in contact with me within 72 hours. I have not been contacted after several emails to the company. By calling the phone number provided you cannot get anyone on the phone to speak with and any voicemail box you get sent to is full and cannot accept messages. Something is going on here and they need to be investigated.Simply put, all I want is to speak with someone and find out why the app is not working, and why I have not received a return message from them. My guess is they are overwhelmed with messages and are just refusing to answer in hopes people go away.

      I signed up through the DDI spark app close to 4 weeks ago, been trying to get a hold of them to see why it's taking so long for my background/screening is taking so long. Every time I call there mailbox is full so I'm not able to talk to anyone. I've sent multiple emails, they haven't responded back with a resolution or at least answer my question. I need a resolution so I can start driving, support my family.

      I receive charity healthcare for an autoimmune disease through my local hospital because I am low income, and I have to get it renewed every 8 months. To have it renewed, I have to provide certain tax documents as well as my gross wages from the previous month. Like many of the complaints against this company, I am experiencing issues with my login info and have reached out to the company several times to no avail. *** tried resetting my login info and havent received the email to reset my username even though I have received the email to reset my password. *** tried emailing them, calling them, and now I am at my **** end. I desperately need this documentation so I can renew my healthcare and keep up with upcoming appointments. Please please help me find a resolution to this matter. I just need to be able to login to my DDI Work account.

      I applied to Delivery Drivers Inc about a month ago and they have yet to respond to my request. I put in my personal information and sent 2 requests to their help desk about finishing my application. I haven't heard a response yet. I been doing uber and lyft rides for 5 years now and this application is doing ******* deliveries which i should easily be approved for.with my employment history. They have no way to contact them besides email request for their help desk` to respond.

      I joined Spark deliveries, delivering groceries, etc for Walmart..I have been doing this for about 2 weeks and I have no way to get the earnings I have made..when I try to contact Delivery Drivers, *** , I can't talk to a human..I have called every day and have gotten nowhere..the earnings are suppose to go to Branch Wallet and DDI is suppose to send a link to get into Branch Wallet..I have entered my last 4 of my SS# and it keeps saying invalid., therefore I have no way to get the earnings I am entitled to...I have sent email after email to DDI and I still haven't gotten anywhere..

      DDIWORK.COM Wlmart Spark Delivery. Their website doesn't work properly and they never respond to emails. If called, if you can ever find a phone number is just the same result. I'm out $15 due to this stupidity. I can't log in or change my password. If I try to I can't due to just being taken to a blank page and/or the address info malfunctioning when typing it in. We'll at least it's only $15. Still the Idea is that they are very uncaring and seem to be scammy in some situations.
