            On July 6, 2022, BBB requested Trigger Point Systems LLC to modify, substantiate or discontinue claims made on their website (https://triggerpointsystems.com/) that read, "HAPPINESS GUARANTEE", "Loved by Doctors and Customers!", "Relieve your neck, shoulder and back pain in just 5-10 minutes a day", and the website has crossed out prices with new prices next to them. Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising. 

            BBB's Code of Advertising Section 20 states, when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 9 states, time limit sales must be observed. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 34 states, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Additionally, BBB's Code of Advertising Section 30 states, the advertising makes broad claims as to the endorsements or approval by indefinitely large or vague groups, for example, “the homeowners of America,” “the doctors of America;”

            I placed an order on March 31 with this company for their DreamArch pillow. I emailed them on April 11 to request a tracking number as I didn't receive the item or receive any sort of tracking. This was my second time purchasing something from this company and even on the first order a couple years ago it was delayed with very poor communication.This was the response on April 11:"Support (Doctor ************************** 11, 2024, 14:58 EDT Hey ****, It appears there may have been a slight oversight at our warehouse, but rest assured, I'm committed to resolving this for you swiftly. I will have this shipped out ASAP once shipped the tracking will be sent to your email address. Cheers,Trigger Point Systems"I emailed again on April 16 and no response was received. I emailed them yet again on April 21 and received this response:"Support (Doctor ************************** 21, 2024, 20:01 EDT Hey there, It appears there may have been a slight oversight at our warehouse, but rest assured, I'm committed to resolving this for you swiftly. once shipped we will send you the tracking info to your email address Cheers,Trigger Point Systems"I also messaged the company via Instagram on April 19 and received a response on the 21st. I provided the requested information and they then responded on April 28 and said the pillow would be on its way in 2 weeks.It has now been over 2 weeks and no response and no tracking number. All of their responses seem automated. Their website doesn't allow for cancellations or refunds.

            I ordered a Rocker in the beginning of January 2023. Shortly thereafter, I realized that the product I had purchased was not going to work for the individual I purchased as a gift for and it was not going to work for me. I contacted them via email and then via ******** messenger. I advised that I wanted to return the product and receive a refund and that the product was still in its original wrapping. I got no response whatsoever. I am extremely sorry that I purchased a Rocker through Trigger Point Systems. I advised the company that I would complain on ******** if I did not get some satisfaction from them and I went ahead and did that. I still have not heard back..
