            I love the luminas pain patches, I use them quite frequently, especially for my flat feet. My problem is I changed addresses and the supervisor, ********, doesn't know how to handle the change. In December I made a special order, and yes, I made the address change on my web account. After weeks of not receiving the order, and speaking on the phone, or e mailing ********, I finally received the order one month later. ******** assured me it would never happen again and he would take care of it. Well, I just ordered a mother's day special on 5/10/24. It is now 5/21, I looked on the account to see why I hadn't received the order and it was mailed to my old address! I spoke to ********, 5/20, who told me it was my problem because I placed a special order, and I would have to wait for the order to be returned to Luminas, and that's IF it would be returned, before I could get a refund. Never again! Great product, but lousy customer service. ***********************
