We want to assure you that we are committed to the repair of your window and we do understand the delay is frustrating. I understand that as of 6/22 you spoke with ******* and he provided an update. We are waiting on the production of a window to fit the measurements of the opening. If you'd like to communicate further with us, you can do so directly with me.
