              I subscribed to services Jan 2023 for access for the year. Only accessed info a few months, not worth the time. Did not value. Was charged again this month. Did not agree to auto-renewal. Sent emails to cancel Jan 13, Jan 18 and Jan 20. Received email Jan 23 cancelling as of ****. NO!! I requested immediate cancellation. Reason for canceling: Really have not used all year. Did not enjoy some of the speakers - did not get a lot out of the talk. It's horrible that you have me on auto renew -- never made clear. Only saw on my Discover bill online since I haven't even received the bill yet. Also, not the courtesy of an advice of the charge. Surprisingly uncourteous, which I wouldn't expect from an organization such as this. Very disappointing.!Please email some advice of the credit to me.
