US Storage Center on *************** In *************** is the worst storage facility Ive ever encountered. Im not writing a review because of the astronomical price increases although they did increase the rates ridiculously. They have homeless people renting and living in the *****. It is not a safe environment, so much so that they had to post notices reminding people not to bring weapons, guns, or knives on premises. The absolute worse part is that they have a severe rodent infestation. They claim that theyve handled it and no one else is complaining but just not true. I moved from one unit to a different one on another floor that they said dont have any mice problems. Come to find out that they did have an infestation on that floor too. The 4th floor smelled so terribly of dead rodents that it was unbearable.the 6th floor smelled fine but surely was also infested. I found dead mice in the sticky traps in both units multiple times. The manager said that they were not putting sticky traps anymore because that is why the mice kept returning. The truth is that they want tenants to have proof. Baby mice too. I have had tons of things damaged. When I finally left I was told they would prorate the unit due to the situation. They didnt. **** claimed that I missed the option for that by one day and that he would have to contact someone to see if it could be refunded and that if so it would be by check. He promised to follow up with me. He ghosted me, I called every single day, I emailed and left messages repeatedly and he never responded. Not even to tell me that it wasnt possible. This place is the most unprofessional, unsanitary, unsafe establishment Ive ever experienced. I also reached out to corporate and they never got back to me. **** - property manager also refused to have his boss reach out. Stay far far away from this facility.
