            I ordered a Conference room table from this company on May 23, 2024. I did not receive any communication until I reached out regarding my order only to be told it was on back order. I was offered a different color I refused and asked for a refund. Mysteriously they found a table and I would have it within the week. I never received any tracking information so on Thursday I reached out only to be told they would check with the warehouse. I never got any more information from that point on. I finally received some text messages from the company on 6/20/2024 offering me a different size table and I declined the offer again and asked for a refund. Then **** told me he would make it happen on 6/20/2024 with the accounting department. I reached out several times today with no response still. I have no table or refund at this point.

            Very poor, boardline lying in email. I bought furniture from them for delivery to MD. They delivered 90% of the furniture, leaving a file cabinet out of shipment. First they jerk my chain by months saying its backlogged.Then after 4 months of that, I request a refund and here we are nearly 9 months later and I cant get the file cabinet (that I actually want) or a refund.Each and every time.."Matt" assures me its being processed, but they are either the most inept person or at this point deliberately lying.I strongly recomment you do not buy from them because I feel like I am lucky I got my 90% at this stage. I have 1 email thread in a pdf that proves 100% they are responsible and have ignore their end of a transaction.
