            I got an order for items on sale. I placed an order 3 weeks ago that never shipped. Emailed customer service that went to their ** affiliate who said to contact US customer service. No replies. Reached out on social Media, emailed and nothing. I've shopped with the company for years and apparently they were recently sold and aren't fulfilling orders even though they accepted payment.

            I ordered a belt and a hoodie from them in may of 2024. I returned the hoodie and received an email from them stating that I would get my refund in 7 to 10 days. I have not heard re d from them since. I have sent them several emails and got no answers back. They have the returned hoodie. Now what do I do. This is a big company.
