My name is *********************** and we spoke earlier this afternoon. Here is my written complaint that you asked me to email you.

This complaint is in regards to Foot Logic Massage located at 357 *************************************************. The complaint is being filed by ***********************. On December 26, 2021 at 3:45 p.m. I received a 90 minute massage by ******* at Foot Logic Massage. During that massage he violated my personal areas on the chest and b****** while I laid on my back with a sheet that was not draped properly above my breast line. He proceeded to expose my b****** and massage inappropriately with oil on my sternum and below my b****** towards my belly button. I am calling for corrective action and accountability from Foot Logic Massage. They have failed to properly respond or take any corrective actions towards *******. My desired resolution is a written apology and proof that ******* will never be allowed to hold the position as massage therapist at the business and shall not be allowed to touch other clients. In addition, I request that Foot Logic Massage must have means of providing contact information of each therapist so there can be an open communication between therapist and client. Thank you.
