Big O Tires in ********* nearly caused our death. We got a flat and after AAA put on the spare, we decided to go to Big O and buy 4 new tires. They put our spare tire back underneath where it is stored with the tire kit that is provided with the vehicle. When we got to The Richmond Bridge, the spare fell off and hit a car behind us. We were on the bridge so we barely pulled over and quickly threw the spare that had fallen off into our vehicle. Thank Goodness no one was hurt or killed. The guy who was hit with the tire waved us off since we were holding up traffic. We did not get a police report or take pix because of our tenuous situation on the bridge. When we called Big O tire in *********, right after the incident to tell them what they did wrong, they totally blew us off and said that if we didnt have a police report or a photograph that they were not going to do anything. My husband is Black (and a Navy Veteran) and we were sure when we were there that they were rude to us, perhaps because of race. We both felt the negative vibes over there toward us. The front desk people were flippant and cold to us. They told us it would be ready in two hours and it took over three hours. I am shocked at how they will not compensate us for the ruined spare and the tire kit that we need to now replace because they broke that too. Do not ever go to this company EVER! I am calling the Better Business Bureau and I will not give up on this. We are so ****** off at how they wont take responsibility for that spare tire falling off. We had only just left ********* Big O when we crossed over the Richmond Bridge and it fell off. Its of course their fault! When I called they told me I was lying!!

I have already contacted customer she informed me what has happened. Because of incident i turned claim over to my insurance to get the problem fixed and customer taken care of.
