      I don't know why Odylyne is getting such nasty reviews. Yes they could improve with communication, but at the end of the day, making a wedding dress is an intricate process. It will take them about 7-8 months to make your ************.

      All of you are getting a one of a kind designer dress. This isn't *****'s Bridal.

      For those of you complaining that your designer dress didn't fit right, stop going to Nordstrom's to get measurements. Stop taking the measurements yourself. Go to a tailor that knows what their doing with the measurement guide that Odylyne emails you. This is supposed to be your special day, get your measurements correctly.

      My Mini fit like a glove, I don't need to have ***************.

      For those of you whining that you haven't received a dress but Odylyne has tracking to prove it. Sign up for *** alerts, they are free. I was notified by *** via email that a package was coming to me from Odylyne. Work smarter not harder.

      Listen to the reviews. This is a terrible company with poor ****************. They provide you with an estimated ship date when you order, then push it our further and further until the **** of your wedding. When I emailed or texted them, they took days to reply and often I only received a response when I messaged them on Instagram. I felt like I had to beg for any information on my dress.
      I ended up buying another dress the week of my wedding. Then the Odylyne dress showed up two days before and the zipper was broken, they offered to pay for that alteration only. Since they don't offer refunds, I was stuck with both dresses(the other had already been altered). When I emailed my complaints, I received a reply stating the many reasons they were not able to get my dress to me earlier but they did not offer any resolution past that. I would have appreciated if they took responsibility and offered to take the dress back or offered a discount. Eventually they stopped replying to my emails. They do make beautiful dresses, but save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

      Dealing with this company is the most appalling company we have ever worked with. We custom ordered a dress and paid a rush fee for a dress. This dress was sent to us a week late due to "delays in production" with a size 6 tag, not the custom dress (close to a size 0) that was ordered. There is no **************** number to call so we had to try and text them about the situation. Their response time is between 6-8 hours so nothing can be resolved in a timely manner. In order to make the dress fit, a week before the wedding, there was hundreds of dollars of tailoring and rush fees that had to be paid. The **************** text line was completely unhelpful and couldn't do anything to rectify the situation so we requested to speak to the owner directly.

      The owner of this company is unapologetic, unsympathetic, rude, hurtful and horrible to interact with. She had no empathy or solutions for the situation and didn't seem to care that she ruined the experience of a bride who just wanted to have her custom wedding dress to get married. She nor the company she manages care about her customers on any level. Selling bridal gowns should be a joyous, understanding and happy event. The owner made this into nothing but a horrible experience and now the dress is tainted with her hurtful attitude so much so the bride doesn't even want to wear the dress as it's been such a horrible experience. Imagine not having a wedding dress that remotely fits the week before you get married and then having the owner of the company tell you that she "did nothing wrong" and she couldn't even give you a meaningful apology. I can't even describe how awful this whole situation is. Please, please, please don't ever buy anything from this company.

      We are so sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience with our company.

      According to our records, the customer accepted the delayed rushed shipment for the 11th of May and the order was received then. Upon the customer being unsatisfied with the product, the customer was offered a full refund for her dress. After refusal of this, she was then offered to have her alterations paid in full. (Receipt of alterations paid IN FULL attached) Customer then wanted to have a full refund, alterations paid, and keep the dress that was shipped. Our policy and no refunds but if refund is accepted it is to return the defected product unworn. If product is kept with alterations paid by us, we do not offer a refund of any kind.

      Furthermore, the alterations that were paid full in full by us in time for her event was impeccable and the bride wore the dress. See pictures attached.

      The customer had no contact with the owner with the company. All reports of this is from a conversation via phone that she was not and refused to be a part of. Her printed and reported description of the owner online is considered libel and defamatory.
