Spectrum has reached a new low when it comes to customer service. My bill is in my name, ****************************, but my sister *************************** pays MY cable bill. ************************* (my patient)contacted your company to pay his MOBILE bill. Your staff took his information and card # to pay said **** of $59.00. The employee applied $110 and somehow put it towards MY CABLE BILL. *******************'s name is not even on or has ever been associated with MY CABLE Acct. I don't even receive a bill. My sister doesn't even get a bill. She receives a delinquent bill from Spectrum without getting the bill of charge first. Spectrum also texts me that the bill is due and a thank you text for paying my bill. They should contact the payee (***************************, not me. ************************* is disabled and your company took money for a BILL he has no association with. They blindly took a mans SS money and cut off his phone after paying MY CABLE BILL of $110. They did it without blinking an eye. They didn't even ask what the money was for, they just simply applied his money to my account. Bad business practices and they are a failure in the cable industry. This is not the first time Spectrum has literally played with my money long enough. I'm reporting Spectrum to the Disability Asso for leaving a disabled person without a way to contact his caregiver or even call for help. Spectrum sickens me. The staff is uninformed of how to handle even customer service phone calls. I am riding myself of their services next month. I can't take any more of Spectrums shady, money- grabbing business practices. They won't even admit that they are wrong in this situation. Oh, well was all the girl said, I can't help you.
