I used VRAI as it was ranked high in some online searches, so I took the plunge. I placed my order on 12/8/23 and it was for a diamond necklace, which was supposed to be shipped on 12/19...which would've allowed plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. Due to some sort of delay, they notified me that it would be shipped on 12/20. The next day I emailed them confirming a 12/20 shipment date, and they replied that there was yet another delay and the ship date was not 12/21, but they did change the shipping to overnight shipping. There was another delay and the ship date was changed to 12/22. At this point I tried to call their 855 toll free number, but they do not answer their phone...not sure why they even have it. So my only option is their support email if I want to converse with them. Support is no longer answering my emails and I've asked them to just cancel my order, since the necklace won't arrive in time for Christmas anyway. I just wish they would've been honest with me up front and told me that delivery before Christmas was not guaranteed, and I would've gone to my local jewelry store. Be careful when using an online retailer for large purchases.

Would NOT recommend. Every step of the process with Vrai has been painful. There is no customer service number either, so for a mainly online company you have to rely on email. Since there is a delay in response, instead of an easy 5 minute phone call, a simple interaction takes weeks. For example, scheduling my wedding band consultation took several weeks based on back and forth. Once I finally met with someone, she spent a majority of our time discussing options only to suddenly say- "oh actually none of those are options for your ring." Now, there is an issue with the resizing and I went to 3 different jewelers who said the same thing (the shape of my ring requires a smaller size than my usual size). When they size me, I am a 6. When they size my ring it is a 6. When I put on my ring, it falls off. I offered to video record this and they refused. They said that if my ring is a 6 they'd charge me for resizing... even though their company offers no specialized sizing guidance for this band. I truly do not know what size to resize it because it's a guessing game at this point. I could go on. I would work with a company that offers in-person locations (or at the very least has a customer service phone number?!?).

In 2016 I paid $200 for three stacking rings. Over the years the metal dented and became a bit burnished but they were lovely pieces... I went to purchase some more only to find the same order would now cost me over $1800? For sub-par rings?? Had to leave a review as that insane mark-up is not worth the purchase again.

Prior to purchasing this, only the right side was in-stock, I was assured by customer service that the left side would be in-stock "soon" this was March 24, 2022. A week later, I am assured again, it would be back in-stock, two weeks later, three weeks later, same thing and at this point I'm near the 30 day return period but I was told it should be restocked "soon". About a month after I ask again, and suddenly I get the response "well we can't guarantee a restock." How convenient how the story changes once I was out of the return window. I check in in May, in June, in July. At the end of July, Vrai finally agreed to invoice me for the left side... which didn't work. So completely fed up with Vrai, I ask if they'll let me return the earring I have had sitting on my vanity for 5 months because they haven't restocked and can't issue an invoice correctly. To which they say they can issue a gift card. I want NOTHING to do with this company, let alone prolong any other type of interaction with them. Stay FAR away from this company if you value your money or time or sanity. Today, for reference, is August 5th....
