            Attended three events. All three events were poorly run, started 20 minutes late and had no security. I was told after 4 emails that I was banned for multiple complaints. Meanwhile, I am being harassed by some guys from the third event. They have not addressed my harassment issues even though I have shared with them in four emails that I am being harassed. There is no phone number for this company to complain by phone.

            We have performed a detailed investigation into this review.

            All 3 events attended by the reviewer were professionally run started on time or 5 minutes late to accommodate latecomers.  We do not provide security, rather this is provided by ********* partners, unless, where applicable, for larger events we do provide security.  In the case where the events were slightly delayed, we did make a few announcements that we were waiting on latecomers and that we would be starting shortly. This is not unusual, but accommodates anyone who is slightly delayed.  The vast majority of people prefer to wait and have a full event from the start.

            We take any complaint of harassment seriously and take action promptly on our side and if needed, with relevant authorities.

            On that note, this reviewer was banned for a number of behavioural issues that occurred at each event attended.  This was verified by hosts and staff.  We have a zero tolerance policy and took action to remove the reviewer, no doubt prompting this review.
