Do not purchase from this company! The delivery date was much later than promised and the customer service e-mails made me suspicious that it was a scam. Then, when the package arrived, I could see the poor quality and knew right away they would only last minutes. My dog completely destroyed it in 15 minutes. The dog toys I got from my local drug store lasted way longer!!Review from David K

Ordered the 3 pack and the quality is very poor and my dog destroyed one in minutes. I filed a complaint and was promised a free replacement but it never arrived. Promises from June the company representative and finally nothing from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Anne C

I placed an order for 2 of these chew toys on February 6, 2024 and have had numerous email exchanges with ****** since then... assuring me that the shipment was in transit and they were "actively monitoring" the order and that I would receive it soon. The email responses I received never adequately addressed my concerns or explicitly answered my questions. They were simply generic responses. It is now May 4th and I still have not received the order! The tracking number now indicates "This is the final status. ******* does not provide further tracking updates."I have just sent them one final email documenting my communications with them and demanding, once again, that they refund my money. I do not expect to hear back from them. I have tried to connect to their website but it is no longer on line. Then I did a search for them and found this BBB page. So... I guess I kiss my money goodbye even without a product to complain about. ZERO stars. Clearly a scam!!!Review from Anne L

I purchased this product for my daughters lab because he chews through toys immediately. He went through this toy NO LIE within 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Also, I tried cancelling the shipment because it was taking too long and the company would not let me cancel. Do not purchase from this company.Review from Jennifer E

Can I give 0 stars? I have been trying to do a refund for a week now. **** keeps saying the same things without actually reading my responses. The business is a scam. Material is not as advertised. Horrible customer service. They should be refunding all orders because they are a joke said a company that is providing the wrong information/ advertisement to make money. They are horrible. Say that their toys are indistructable but my small dog broke through it within the first day with very little play. When I asked for a refund and provided a video of him playing with it, they refused to give me a refund. I have now been back and forth with them for a week to try to get my money back but no luck.Review from Steven K

They do not stand behind return policy & refuse to refund of any **pe. Was not given instructions to video my dogs playing with toys which were destroyed in less time then it took to receive which was 2 months, dogs played for 2 minutes. I wish I could leave negative stars. Confident that this is a total sham of a company. Product claims to be tough and durable for aggressive chewers, ripped after 2 play sessions. Ads claim "They rip it, we replace it" - that's false. I've been trying to get a replacement for 2 weeks now. Their "customer service" is HORRIBLE and I'm pretty sure just an AI messaging tool named June.They should be banned from any business dealings especially knowing the health risks they pose to our pets.Review from Daniela A

They use CHAT GPT to communicate with customers avoiding all questions and concerns. The product is terrible and did not arrive when promised.
