      I bought a 2024 Toyota Sienna from this Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership with an agreement at sticker price. I specifically told them that I didnt want any markup or extra warranty and when I got there the salesman, *******, was very straightforward with pricing. Still, the finance person was trying to sell me several kinds of warranty. I refused everything but they still sneaky put a tire and wheel warranty for $1100 into the contract. I have struggled with the refund process and hassle for almost a month and still dont know when I will receive my refund for the unauthorized charge of this warranty. If I had known this was tricky, I wouldnt have bought a car from this place.
