      Where to begin? I only hope this review saves another person from using this unscrupulous company. We had a small roof leak that only dampened the drywall around a window, however after experiencing this issue in the past we do not mess around with what could be potential mold. Drymaster came out and put up what they called a containment before removing the drywall. It was confirmed by one of THEIR employees and our air hygienist that it was put up incorrectly, had no negative pressure, had holes in the plastic and was blowing contaminants INTO our home, not removing them. With NO air scrubbers at all. Their excuse was that they were not on the truck that day. My eyes swelled up (I have photos), and we had to leave our home and get a hotel room all because of Drymaster's subpar work and complete disregard for the customer. They only want your money. After speaking with *********************** the President, not only was he rude and uncaring but charged ** over $1800 for work that according to one of their employees should have been comped for their incompetency and putting our health in danger. They even put blue tape on our hardwood floors that we had to remove ourselves as it will damage the finish if left too long. I still have tons of pictures, hand written complaints and several people willing to write affidavits if I choose to take them to small claims court which is not off the table. We are very busy people and yet I believe we might just find the time to bring them to justice. Do not ever hire this company for anything. You've been warned.

      Thank you for this feedback. As I stated in our phone conversation, we were sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. We are also sorry our service did not satisfy your expectations. We understand this is a frustrating event and we always strive to make a difficult situation better by following industry guidelines and charging a fair price for our work. During our phone conversation, we explained that per the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification guidelines an "air scrubber" is not necessary in this application as there was no evidence of visible mold growth. Having placed and charged for an airscrubber without visible growth can sometimes be considered an unscrupulous act. We further explained that this should not have been considered a containment but rather a "drying chamber" that helps expedite the drying process. Had any mold been found once we began our work, we would have been required to stop our work and change the scope. Visible growth was never found. We take our work seriously and more importantly, do not ever do anything that would be unnecessary. You had said that you were extremely happy with our work at your home in a prior event. You further said that was the reason you called us again to help this time. You had said that you were not happy that an air scrubber was not placed the first day and that you were not satisfied with the technician that was assigned to your project. Once that information was reported, we assigned a new technician to your project and sent an air scrubber to be installed the very next day. All the work was completed in accordance with the guidelines. It was reported to a member of our staff that you had hired an industrial hygienist that took air samples of your home after our work was completed and the samples indicated that we had completed our work correctly. If there is anything further needed in this matter, we welcome any suggestion

      Reply to comment from DryMaster. Your statements are incorrect. The air hygienist told me your work was done incorrectly and and that we should have had airscrubbers from the very beginning. He even suggested going to ********** and paying to get them ourselves my eyes were so swollen. He has also offered to sign an affidavit if we choose to take you to court which we are still considering. You work was beyond sub par and you took absolutely no responsibility. Your employee agreed and was shaking his head the entire time looking at the ridiculous containment you put up. I have video and pics. Your response is quite honestly exactly what I expected. And I sincerely hope I have warned the public about your lack of concern and care for your customers.
