Do not do business with this company. I went to sell a ring to them. They gave me a price but wasn't what I wanted. No big deal. I would have moved on but the sales associate said she thinks she can get more. Give her a opportunity to get more money. Sure why not. It was just collecting dustWeeks go by and no word from her. So I text her since she gave me her cell phone, I asked any word on the ring.. She stated yes $2500.... So I said great I will take it. Then she said great let me get the cash??????? Huh CASH? This is a company they don't buy jewelry for cash. I called and asked. She then tried to talk me into buying another piece of jewelry and using it as a down payment. I said no thanks.. I told her I can be there tomorrow and that when she said well I don't know if I can still get $2500 for it. She said its been a minute THEY AREN'T INTERESTED ANYMORE. Who is they... Rogers.. Nope, she tired to sell it on the street with out ROgers giving her the ok and or my ok. I have it all in writing. The manager ***** will not help and ***** the Vice President will not help..... What she did is unethical and shady.... I will be forced to go the legal route now if they will not help me.

Thank-you for bringing this to our attention. Upon looking into the situation, Rogers Jewelry's offer was $1,100 for the ring or $2,500 if it was used as a payment on a purchase from us. Our sales associate awkwardly miscommunicated this offer and then tried to fix her mistake incorrectly. We sincerely apologize for this and therefore agree to pay $2,500 for the ring without the original requirement to use that amount as a payment on a purchase.
