After conducting a thorough investigation and reviewing the evidence provided, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accomodate the return for this dress.
Our findings indicate that the dress you received is correct, and there is no damaged, as confirmed by the photos shared with us.
Additionally, please note that this dress was final sale item and, as per our store policy, is non - returnable.
We understand that this may be dissapointing, and we sincerly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 10% rebate on your purchase price that you can add to use for the dress alteration.
Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this 10% rebate offer so we can process accordingly.
