            Leased a car from Fremont Ford on June 13/2024.Dealership did not provide any lease documents to me and still have not received any paperwork regarding my lease. Fremont Ford had $11k rebate on the car but did not provide any documents or have received this rebate on purchase. Dealer promised 300 range on this model after purchase car maximum range was 240. Dealer promised fast charging option and plug for Tesla charging station car did not come with this plug and order backup until October 2024. The inconvenience caused by range of this car, plug not included upon purchase price and rebate not matching the model trade in my car down payment and lease agreement documents missing. I have requested to return this vehicle back to the dealer and receive my down payment but no response from them were received. I need help getting this resolved. The dealership needs to change this car to model 2024 blue color and range adjustment.

            I recently visited **** Fremont's service department for my 2018 **** **** Explorer approx 70k; miles. ************** my overall experience was very bad. I was disappointed that parts were not in stock, ordering them took weeks, when **** got the parts, there was APPARENTLY, a seal missing, then the tech was out sick a couple of days (they only have TWO TECHS????, then the tech quit. I spoke to the manager to try to let him know my car had been there for a month now and ask if that was normal, he said "other cars have been here longer that that" and that " he'd like to hire more techs but can't". This manager didn't seem to care that the car had been in for so long or that I did not have a rental car. He also wasn't willing to provide any service recovery in terms of a detail or rental car. UNBELIEVEABLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will say that the service guy, *******, that I was in contact with was professional, nice, and answered my questions, although I did have to reach out to him quite a bit to check status only to be met with excuse after excuse. I got my car back after 6.5 weeks and NOW THE STARTER IS OUT. What really goes on at ****? I've no plans to buy any vehicle from any dealerships under the same name in the future. I cannot recommend **** Fremont's service department due to the issues I faced.
