              On July 14th my husband and I went into a BJ's store to shop, a sales *** from the **** stands stopped us and starting talking to us about their promotion if we sign up. The promotion was 2 $300 Amex gift cards. We have not received them and every number I've called and person I've spoken to says only one $250 gift card is showing up. So we are not getting the promotion I signed documentation for. As well the sales *** said multiple lies during this interaction that I later found out. He said he did not get paid commission, then later admitted in text he did make commission, he also never stated that us trading in my husband's new phone for one of theirs would mean we would be stuck with them for 3 years in order for the phone to be paid off. Which does not make sense considering we traded in a phone that is of equal value to the one sent. He also became very unprofessional in text when I confronted the lies.

              **** was not helpful. They work as a regional manager for smart circle. I was not paid for the commission that I was supposed to get paid. Plus its been 4 weeks I am not getting any explanation for what I was paid and how much. They are pure scam ****** should remove them from the program immediately.
