      I placed an order from this guy on 4/25/2023. I spent 800 dollars. Everything was going good quick response, and very vocal. I received my mold shortly after. I shipped it out to him which he confirmed he recived on 7/12/2023. I haven't heard from him since 7/14/2023.

      Ordered and paid for a product that was never received. Emailed with limited response and no solution. So i chose to give the merchant some ***** on the order delay. Now, completely unresponsive. Order number *****. My billing and shipping on the order is to *********. Sterling silver w opal inlay x2(4teeth) yellow gold w opal inlay x2(2teeth)

      I originally placed an order from Other Couture (*********************, Owner) for 2 pieces of custom tooth jewelry (grills) on April 14, 2021 for a total of $291.57. He was having a sale on jewelry so I was very excited to get a custom piece since I had been following and admiring his work for years. **** sent me tracking for my mold kit. It showed it was delivered in ******* despite me living in ****. I contacted him two times via email in April and once via Instagram in June to rectify the issue. He did reply via Instgram in June but it took me contacting him again to remind him (for the 4th time) to get any response. I did receive my mold kit at the end of August 2021, four months after ordering.Once I sent my mold kit back in the beginning of September 2021. I didn't hear anything back for a long time and felt bad bothering him because he was constantly posting about housing issues on his Instagram stories.Finally in June 2022 he emailed me to confirm my address. I corrected the address he had since there was a slight typo on his end. I did not hear anything back and emailed again in August 2022.Finally in September 2022 he emailed me to ask if I got my product. I said no, and then we emailed back and forth regarding my name, order details, etc. After sending him my order summary, he never responded.I emailed and/or Instagram messaged him in October 2022, November 2022, December 2022, January 2023, February 2023, March 2023, and April 2023.He basically stole nearly $300 from me and several other people all around the same time of his spring 2021 sale. I have found people online saying the he did the same thing to them. As of April 2023 (two years after ordering) I have received nothing. Obviously should not have given ********************* the ***** and benefit of the doubt I have given him.

      Made a purchase from this business on March 30, 2021. While I have had some email correspondence with them, it was always that my order was being shipped out next week. They have not responded whatsoever in the past 5 months, far beyond the cutoff for any purchase protection. I would be happy with a refund or even some kind of explanation that was not made up at this point.

      I placed an order for custom grill jewelry on 4/26/21 for the amount of $260.84 with an additional cost of $7.46 to send the mold kit back to them. The listed production time at the time of my purchase for this item was 8-10 weeks. The mold kit was supposed to arrive to me within 4-5 business days, however, it took 4 weeks for me to receive it. Once I finally received it, I sent it back the next day and it was delivered to Other Couture's studio 6/4/21. I sent a follow up email 8/26/21 as it had been 12 weeks since my mold kit was delivered. I received an email from ******* ****** on 9/2/21 saying that my order would be sent out the following week. My order never came and I followed up again 11/1/21. I received an email on 11/5/21 from someone saying they were new to the team and wanted to confirm if I had received my order or not. I replied saying no I hadn't. I did not receive a response back so I sent an additional follow-up email on 11/11/21. In these emails I expressed that I wanted to check the status of my order because it had been several months and I had no real updates on what stage of production my order was in. I received a reply on 11/16/21 saying that ******* was in between studios and living arrangements but that I would be contacted when my order was ready to ship. I sent another email 12/4/21 because I still did not receive any tracking information or order updates. I received an email on 12/9/21 from who I assume was ******* ****** saying that there was pre-tracking info in his system for my order but no other additional information. He said he would do some digging for my order the following day. On 1/4/22 I sent an email requesting a refund for my order total and the $7 shipping cost because I still had not been contacted regarding an update on my order. I also sent a follow up email on 1/14/22 and 1/24/22 but have not received any responses.

      I placed an order on 5/29/21 for a custom item of a single white gold tooth ( order number is ******) for the price of $160 ($137.92 was paid due to a sale being offered at the time) and was listed as shipping 8-10 weeks after receiving the mold. I kept my***** tracking which stated my mold was delivered to their studio located a************************************ on 6/21/21. I reached out a total of 5 times by email on 9/8/21, 9/14/21, 10/19/21, 11/5/21, and 11/16/21 and still have not received acknowledgement of order fulfillment. The owner ******* responded by email on 9/14/21 where I informed him of the item I ordered and the name it was listed under and never received a response back. I received an email from his assistant************ on 11/5/21 asking if anyone had gotten back to me. I replied that I had not received an update but I have not received a response back. I submitted a contact form via the website on 11/22/21 and have not received a response either. I had obviously liked to receive my item but I am certain if I haven't heard back that it was never made. When I emailed on 11/16/21 I had requested a refund and still wish to be refunded.
