Having had terrible experiences with Chimes in the past; namely refusing to timely issue refunds after a dispute has been filed. Therefore, please be advised that I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, FDIC, and all of the local consumer protection agencies IF my son funds in the amount of $808.88 is NOT released promptly. Attached are copies establishing legal authorization to acquire my sons funds from his most recently deposited payroll check. My son ******* has been involuntarily committed for a mental evaluation, diagnosed and subsequently treated for biopolar.
