              1st Choice Design and Development came into my roofing project after another company not only attempted an illegal installation, but also damaged the integrity of my rafters. 1st Choice Design and Development, **** and his employees, assisted me with getting a structural engineering plan completed and approved by the city, new permits pulled, and quickly and correctly installed a beautiful new roof. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The integrity of this company's employees were above and beyond my expectations and they all were willing to assist where needed. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.
