This is THE worst company I've ever dealt with. Poor communications, very unprofessional. Nobody to talk to at night for help. And when they do answer the nurse button,they take theirown sweet time,literally . I was there for only 20 hours and couldn't stay another minute. I needed pain meds and kept buzzing the button over and over again until finally ****** comes ******** in with her arm out and her hand hanging down walking slower than a Sunday walk theough the park. No eye contact no smile nothing. ****** was another person who has no clue what shes doing. Needed my phone charged and I'm told that they only have iPhone chargers . Luckily the gentleman in the next bed from me offered his charger. The dinner that night was disgusting and I've asked for justegg whites . They give me some nasty junk and tell me the next day may 16, that their kitchen isn't working so they got food from outside. I've had it thereand they didn't even give me the meds that were sent there from another crappy hospital, ***********************. Thr trauma centered there was an absolute joke too. North bay post acuteneeds complete retraining. And it's obvious that they're there for the money and not for helping others. I'd there was an emergency then that person would die cause of lack of care. They neglected to give me a list of meds they were giving me on top of what I already take. I had no insulin (,type 2 diabetes) snd thr following day I found myself in another hospital cause I had no insulin. ****** has been calling north bay post acute from 3 pm on Sunday until 1030. TRYING TO REACH these people at thr post acute until finally they answered. Never forwarded my meds to my pharmacy . I just am so beside me of how inept these people are. And I'm not the only one who complained , but the patients I talk with agreed with me with the following them " **************** didn't work too. As I've read in the 2.9 rating.This place needs to be shut down, & workers FIRES !
