CAUTION!! Please take the time to look at the most recent bad reviews. This hotel is very, very greedy. I have sent them a direct email request with no response. Last year my husband booked us a last minute reservation for our anniversary, it was for one night at the price of $550. The next day, only a few hours after he made the reservation, we tried to cancel because our infant son ended up in the hospital. We called the hotel and they told us we would have to call Expedia directly. So we called Expedia and we were on the phone for a long time because the Expedia representative had to call the hotel and let them know the situation. They said NO. We tried to put a stop on the credit card and that did not work. They are so GREEDY, I will never support this business again. We would of gladly accepted credit or a change of date. They really only care about money. DO NOT book here, there are plenty other places that are even more beautiful and are way more understanding. We lost over $500 on a reservation that we were neve able to enjoy. I would appreciate it if they would make it right. We are locals and would appreciate it if you made it right. I will continue to let anyone I know about the awful experience I had with this hotel.

F******, I received your personal email you sent me today. You mentioned sending your review to the wrong hotel. Had I known, I would have taken care of this right away. I am very sorry to hear your infant son was in the hospital and that canceling your reservation was a challenge, as that is not the experience we want for our guests. I have fully refunded your visa card for a total of $537.01. I do hope you change your mind and stay with us the next time you are in Pismo Beach. I would be happy to personally help you with your reservation.
