            Creekside is seeking payment for work which was not completed. The original quote and scope had $5000 to refinish wood flooring and this was not done. After the completion of the project they have received full payment for the work they completed. It was only after the payment was complete they came back demanding the additional $5000 for the flooring scope which was not done. There have been calls, texts and emails threatening liens on our house amongst other things if we do not pay them for the work they didnt do.

            Creekside Pro Construction team did a great job transforming our 1960's era bathroom. This was not an easy task for an 80 yr old home. Artruo did a wonderful job with all the demolition, construction of a new walk-in shower, new insulation, installing new windows, tiling, painting, and plumbing. He was very tidy, neat, and carefully consulted with us with each decision all along. Also, ****** had a great sense of humor which made it a fun project. ***** did a great job checking in with us to keep things running smoothly and on time. ****** did a masterful job with 3-D layouts for this project which helped us visualize what we needed to purchased to create this bathroom which will allow us to age in place. This was all done in 8 weeks which was fast considering we had company all while this was being done. *** kept the work well within our planned budget and timing. We love the finished project. Thank you Creekside Construction for your great team.
