            According to complaints processed by BBB, consumers state they apply and are approved for a personal loan.  Complainants state they are then required to pay an insurance fee before the loan money canl be disbursed. To date none of the promised loans have been received or any monies refunded to consumers.

            BBB has confirmed that the address in Pleasanton stated on paperwork does not belong to 24 Quick Loans Services nor the other names being used (Best Finance America, 24 Seven Loans).

            BBB warns against companies asking for up front fees; although legitimate lenders may charge application, appraisal or credit report fees, the fees generally are taken from the amount borrowed. It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the US and Canada to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver. BBB also warns against wiring money or sending money orders through western union or making your payment to an individual rather than an organization as there are no safeguards in place.

            A person call ********************* title of loan manager told me approve 5000 for get a loan and then told me need to paid 200 for insurance secure where I paid that. When I paid it transfer me with agent of ******** and transfer the money and give his name and said everything that the person told me like purpose of business and can doing transfer the money. I believe in this people because send me by the email agreement of the loan for paid monthly and thats why I believe. And now I think it is fake. No believe in this kind of people. Thank you.

            This company is not real. They scammed me for 400 dollars for loan insurance. I never recieved the loan and they would not refund the 400 dollars. I asked the agent for them to clarify what I had seen on the BBB report.He told me that there were othere persons pretending to be them. That is not true. If anyone is researching this company please heed my words. DO NOT have dealings with this company they will only take your money
