            ********* stole money from me and left me with an unfixed swamp cooler. They charged $350 dollars and left me with a new pump with NO net at the bottom to stop the pump from getting clogged. The spider is clogged and they didn't even try to unclog it. I said to replace it and they said they don't have one. They didn't even oil it! They charged my conservator's office for a completed job!!! IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK AT ALL!!!

            In May of 2023 we purchase a ************** mini split with installation. The system has never worked correctly. 18 months of continued incompetence and lies. They consistently blamed the system and us. They finally determined there is a slow leak with no resolution. So, unprofessional! We hired another HVAC CONTRACTOR the found the leak in 15 minutes and probably another $1500-$2000 in damage and ***airs that need to be addressed that Bickleys caused. They told us under NO Circumstances would ********** come out and check the unit even though I personally call ********** support and they said the contractor just needs to request help! Well after filling a complaint with CSLB AND LEANING THEIR BOND they reached out to **********. This is a work in progress. But, the point is this company is not honest or competent! Avoid them. Now, we have had other people tell their horror stories about their work and customer service! ********************** was suppose to call back and confirm our appointment with ********** *** for the next week. That has not happened! More unprofessional garbage!
