Until about 6 months ago this laundromat was fine, they changed the employees who come and clean and since then it's no longer clean or good laundromat. The first time after these new employees started one of the big washers leaked my clothes were wet there was water all over the floor and my shoes. The people that clean paid for another washer but then they were ******* me to get out. The dryers are the biggest problem on this occasion and every occasion after I do once a week and I don't put a lot of clothes in one dryer I spread them out. Yet the dryers take forever to dry and I put several quarters in each dryer I know how to do laundry that way it's quicker. I pointed out to the people that come in to close that the dryers seem to need their lint traps cleaned. They just stare at me and act like they don't know what I'm talking about. I have come home with wet clothes on more than one occasion and spend way too much money on the machines. The last time I went there was on February 12, the employees came in at about 9:00 it closes at 9:30 p.m. and I was drawing clothes. As usual the male of the cleaning crew pointing out the time to me. I was using eight different dryers to dry my clothes and put several quarters in each machine. Out of all those machines only one was dry I had to go home and hang the clothes once again and spent several dollars wasted yet having to hang the clothes in my house. I specifically asked the cleaning crew to open the dryers I had complained to them before about the lint traps they did not. I told them that I would contact the owners I don't know have the number and they just stared at me when I told them the lint traps were dirty. When they were there they wiped the machines down they never cleaned any of the lint traps and they emptied the small washing machines of the coins. The number listed no one answers for this business. So I cannot contact the owner I will file a complaint.
