If I could leave a 0 I would. Very unprofessional and rude. Claimed to have spoken to me on the phone yesterday with confirmation of my appointment and to tell me she was arriving early. Then turned around and said she tried calling me multiple times but it went to voicemail. Then claimed to have knocked on my door, there are four people in my living room and we were waiting for a knock and no one ever did. Then claimed to have my address listed as homeless in the system ? Then how did you show up and knock? When confronted they were very unprofessional. My scheduled pick up time was 12:40. We went out there at 12:38 and waited and no one showed up. I called to ask if they could come back and thats when everything went down hill. They refuse to work with me ever again. Which is more than okay, Id rather get my teeth ripped out then deal with such unprofessional people that lie. They should have been here at my SCHEDULED time. Thats why it was scheduled. Instead of lying and saying that she spoke to me directly yesterday about arriving early. No you did not. My phone has been broke for three days. But then says every time she tried to call it went to voicemail. She made zero attempts to knock on my door or even get to me for my appointment. Ill be calling partnership as well and filing a complaint. This was very ridiculous. If I could upload our conversation on here I absolutely would. I cant find them on ****** to write a review with photos. Her excuses made no sense, says she spoke to me on the phone but then says she couldnt get ahold of me because it went to voicemail. Then claims to have knocked, but then says she drove around four times trying to find me or my unit, then says I was listed as homeless? Yet you found my complex and knocked??? ******. Most unprofessional and incompetent people.

This is a partnership healthplan member who is homeless living with friends.  On the health insurance website it has no apt number listed and the phone number went to voicemail. My driver went around the complex 4 times to try and find the member outside.  She was vulgar with me when she finally called me at 1255pm to see where her driver was.  We have never been called unprofessional and are a highly sought out company in this community I have screen shots to prove we tried to contact.  Her excuse was she lost her phone.  It is these medi-cal clients responsibility to be ready and get the confirmation needed to know pick up and company and driver    Partnership gives "suggested" pickup times at time the client books the appt.  The transportation company has the right to adjust it by up to 2 hours to make the daily schedule work.  We adjusted her pickup by 20 minutes and had no apt number to knock on, this was no reflection on CAT as a company at all.  I do not want this false review posted
