            I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with my Porsche Cayenne. As a loyal customer, I expected a certain level of quality and reliability from your brand, but unfortunately, my encounter with rodent damage has left me disheartened.My Porsche Cayenne was infested by rats, which resulted in extensive wire chewing. The subsequent repair cost me a staggering $10,000, and to my dismay, this expense was not covered by insurance. I find it concerning that such a luxurious and high-performance vehicle could be vulnerable to such issues.What troubles me even more is that I am not alone in facing this problem. Several other Porsche Cayenne owners have shared similar stories of rodent-related damage. Its clear that this issue needs urgent attention.As a responsible and concerned consumer, I urge Porsche to take proactive measures to address this issue. I hope that Porsche will take my feedback seriously and work towards ensuring that future models are better equipped to withstand such challenges. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing positive changes in this regard
