This company uses different applications process and terms for different individuals. The company runner by ******* is racist. It sent me text messages telling me that they would only take cash or cashiers checks after I signed the contract. I also tried to cancel the contract and they refused within an hour of signing it. ******* asked me to forfeit the down-payment I had given him if I didn't fulfill the contact. I told him the hot tub didn't fit in the area where I wanted it and he told me he would personally come to my house to find a place to put it. That is intimidation. I ended paying the hot tub so my credit would not be affected but his business practices are horrible. I would never recommend this business to anyone and I plan on sharing my experience to help people when they come across *************************.

This client received everything as promised. She is now happily enjoying their hot tub. She had a strong case of buyers remorse, and was willing to say whatever it took to get out of the purchase. Including the cruel and distasteful review.Review from Tara H

I bought an overpriced spa over a year ago that the company claimed was brand new, but wasn't! I have had nothing but problems ever since. I already have to replace the heating element because of rust build up. These so called manufacturers of their spas, which is Bs, they don't manufacture anything except put their company name on them. I spent about ****** dollars on a pos spa, later learning I could have bought a legit, nice spa, the same size for around ***** dollars! I definitely got ripped off, United spas don't stand behind their spas either. I have had a difficult time getting anything fixed. This spa has been a money pit!!!! I would not recommend this so called company ever!!!!! I would not have left that one star unless I had to either!Review from Angelina M

I decided to buy a swim spa after my colleague talk me into getting one. I went to the shop she highly recommended. It was a family own company located in Salida and they were extremely friendly. I was sold. They gave me a price with crane fees and a estimated date. I later changed my 14 footer to a 16 footer. On Nov 3, I was suppose to get my spa but I was told it was postpone to Nov 23. There was no. NegotiatingThey said that was final date. No apologies. It worked out bc the city still had to approve. Dec 3 spa would be arriving and I was told on Nov 30. I had to pay a additional ******, three days before delivery date. If I didnt pay I wouldnt be getting the spa. After receiving the spa they sent me a contract to sign. To my surprise my interest rate was 5.9 for 12 months and will increase to **** after that. I was very disappointed. This was never discussed. I wouldnt never purchase it bc in January I was suppose to retire. Spoke to the owner. I mention I was writing a review. She said I was paying her back. I said Im only going to write what I experienced. She said she would talk to her employees to make sure this doesnt happen again. I told her it doesnt help me. This was hardship for me. Again, she was very pleasant but I wasnt satisfy with her answer.
