              Since switching to Merchant Associates, I have been nothing but pleased. The customer service response is super fast. They've answered all my questions when I've emailed. The rate I'm getting on my account is very low, ranging 2%-2.3%. I've had no issues with my credit card processing and would recommend any business to make the switch. Having been in business for over 20 years and multiple prior merchant services, I would rate Merchant Associates as the best I've had so far.
