This company was hired by our relator and did not perform to what they advertise. First the inspection showed up in a reindeer hat and shirt on. Was lacking complete professionalism. We were discouraged right away. The inspection report lacked substance and detailed information that later down the road cost us a lot of money. There was a big electrical issue with our pool joint box that was completely missed. They advertise as a pool inspector yet lacked the knowledge and should not be advertising as that. It is false. I had to point out the pool light was out and question why that was not in the report. So, he added that. We were advised to get quotes on the electrical but never caught the code and safety issue of the joint box. So, when we got a quote for the electrical it didn't include 5k to move the joint box because we had no idea to ask for that repair only the repair the inspector noted. It would have been very helpful. This was a complete oversite. He was more concerned about the holidays coming then his job and helping others. The guest bathroom was completely clogged and was never noted. When buying your first home you don't think to flush the toilet or run the shower. Our first day there we had to call the plumber to snake the shower. It was as if he never checked that drain or anything in that bathroom.I put my trust and money into this company to help me the best way possible and they failed completely. I want others to know not to wasted time or money with them. I respectfully reached out to the owner of the company for some help and explanation of these oversights and lack of professionalism but never heard a response back. Instead, I got an email for the inspector 3 days later. Pretty rude and classless after we put our trust in them. We feel completely let down. They treated it like no big deal and dismissed us.
