This ** destroyed so much. Broke my 52 in tv lost screws to my daughter's bed that I can't find replacements for scratched up my furniture crushed boxes destroying things inside of them broke and scratched up pics from turning boxes upside down thar were clearly marked the list is so very long and I have pics of everything. They didn't finish job took longer than they said by far and after begging for a tip charged me more than I quoted by hundreds. Very unprofessional lazy and rude. I'm a single mom with a special needs son it took me a long time to save up for the things I have. My washer&dryer and my large frig were my last purchases so when I seen they didn't even wrap those and picked bixes on top of glass top and scratched it and then seen scratches and small dents all over I was very upset. I called and was given excuses for things like I told them not to wrap anything and that I didn't want to pay for supplies. That after pulling their tape off of things which also destroyed things but left sticky residue behind which I wasn't able to get off of a lot of thing like all 3 of my kids **mforters that they wrapped around things. Putting a **mforter around a tv then cramming boxes into doesn't protect it. I took pics of things b4 I took them out of storage so there's no way they **uld say they didn't do it. The took a chunk out of one of my walls and there were dings all over they didn't bother to put anything down where they walked. Since I had sidewalks and grass their shoes must if already been dirty cause carpet had to b cleaned. They didn't fill the truck cause they said they wanted the furniture and bigger things in first so truck was half empty and it took them over 2 and a half hours to off load. Then said there was minimal space left. They had a 27ft trailer my storage was 25ft. They put more on charged me for 2 trips and when I wouldn't tip him he got really angry. My **usin told him he didn't finish the job and hardly worked at all. She said to leave

Unfortunately, this is slander in order to get money for moving back. That was the first think you ask us.Also let me explain, we moved all your furniture from your house to storage thats correct. You have a lot of bulky and heavy furniture, but two of my guys did it. They did two trips, first load was full 26ft truck and other just half, because you our sister told us dont take everything, just more important stuff. So thats why they left some little boxes in your apartment. Also that storage place doesnt have any lights, they worked in the dark. You have to go with guys to the storage but you didnt, so you didnt control the process, but you have to. Nothing was broken. So unfortunately your main point to write this review is just to get discount or some money back. That what you asked us from beginning.We used 26ft truck and the guys did two trips. It took time. Other than that it was no extra charges.
