      I had been making payments on my Chromebook consistently. I could understand if I never paid on it at all but that wasn't the case This was my first and ONLY purchase on zebit ever. I had financial issues at some point and it was either pay my rent or pay zebit. They shut my account down for non payment even though I notified them by phone that I was financially in a tough spot. I contacted them about my account and they simply stated they wouldn't reinstate my account at all for one single occurrence completely outside of my control. They really don't care or consider any thing.

      The customer's account is written off to a third party.  We are unable to reinstate your account due to your account going to collections. I understand the amount that was past due.  Customers are given plenty of opportunity to make payments in a timely manner.  Zebit also sends payment reminders on a regular basis. Once an account has an invoice in default for 90 days or more, Zebit will send the account to a third-party collection agency.  This process is followed for all accounts.  We understand that decisions like this are disappointing for customers, but the decision cannot be changed.

      My last order was fully paid off on December 4 of 2023. Ever since after that, it says the sites under maintenance and no orders can be put through to be paid in full or financed. I received a vague email in response, but I would like a definite answer as to when this problem will be fixed and I can place orders. Its been almost a year.

      I have been unable to make any purchases using Zebit. I am unsure about whats going on with the company if they are going out of business since there is no information. I feel they are not being honest to their customers. If they are going out of business please let the customers know. First the ecertificates were unavailable now you you cant make purchases since it says site is under maintenance for over 5 months.

      The company has a statement that they will provide transparency to their customers and at this point that is a false statement and should be removed. The company is clearly going out of business and using vague legal statements in order to avoid the issue. I have rewards that will clearly never be able to be used so providing transparency of the company direction before those benefits could no longer be used would have been appreciated. Just make a factual statement about the company in order to honor what can be addressed as a legally binding statement on your site. The website hasn't even been updated or modified in months. Please stop hiding behind legal statements and make a true statement for those of us that used this company faithfully. Your company says transparency so please honor your own mission statement towards your customers is all I ask.

      All of my purchases have been paid off. When I go to cart to order something it says cant complete under maintenance. Its been like this for awhile now. When will it finally be over? Its the holiday season already!

      I have not received an advertisement email from Zebit since mid September. I did not think this was an issue until I went to login to my account and realized I was not getting my two step authorization emails either. Nothing has changed in my email to block these emails (jsj****@c****r.com). They are not going to spam or junk. Without my code, I cannot enter the site. I cannot call and speak to anyone which is annoying. And I have been waiting days to receive and email back and I doubt I will get one. I have a good amount of funds to use in my account and no cannot access it.

      I have been a loyal customer to Zebit for years. First, the ecertificates went away. Now, no orders can be placed. I have always used Zebit to help with purchasing Christmas and birthday gifts. I feel as though you guys are going out of business and just not informing your customers in order to collect all payments. If not, please provide us with the opportunity to continue shopping.

      That response is very vague. I have been a very loyal customer for some time.  I feel as though your customers need a more thorough explanation as to why financing has not paused, but in fact ceased. The holidays are coming up and I know that customers including myself rely on this company to do our Christmas shopping.  Could you please give me a more clear answer as to when I can anticipate being allowed to buy from your site again?

      Hi, I attempted to make a purchase through my account and found out that it's been frozen. All of my purchases are paid in full and my last purchase was in 11/10/2022. I've been trying to find out what's going on but to no avail.

      Thank you for your email.  An agent responded to an email sent on 7/25/23 regarding the status of your account.  Thank you for reaching back out. Zebit’s Registration Agreement explains that each purchase made from Zebit is a separate extension of closed-end credit subject to internal underwriting policies. It also states that granting of any credit during registration is not a guarantee that credit will be granted with an attempt to purchase is made.  An agent has been in contact with you via email and has provided additional details regarding your concerns.       My last purchase was completed in 2022. It's been almost a year since I've purchased and completed every order on my account. It doesn't seem fair that my account is "frozen" and I can't purchase items and there's a generic answer of underwriting. On some of the complaints it says that frozen accounts are reviewed but mine is just, "sorry, your account can't be unfrozen better luck next time." All of my orders are paid in full.

      I have an account with ********************. Recently I selected a couple items to purchase. When I went to check out, a message appeared stating that the site is under maintenance. It has been saying this for several days now. What is the problem? My account was paid in full, so that is not the problem.
