Engaged them to review and update /revise my resume last year. I began the process a few times and found out the hard way that you have to answer all of their questions in one sitting. If you start and leave to finish at a later time, none of your previous answers are saved and i wasnt able to log back in, so I tried to create a new log-in and got charged again for the resume writing service, which took a few emails and finally disputing with my credit card company to get refunded. Once I did finally complete the intake questions, I had a call with my writer and she then began working on my resume. I had to follow up to get my first draft and while she did make more edits after additional discussions, my resume came back with a glaring typo. Only noticed by me after I had applied to several positions with it, the name of my previous employer,a nationally recognized company was misspelled. I proofed the substantive resume content, but didnt look at that because it wouldnt need editing. When I reached out to the writer about it, distraught and upset, I asked her for some additional help and edits. I had a hard time getting in touch with a manager and reached out to the *** directly on LinkedIn. He responded, and offered to review my resume personally, and answer a few other questions I had, but made sure to remind me that the writer had already done a bit of additional work for me which she wasnt required to do, so I was lucky he was helping me at all. I engaged and paid another resume writer elsewhere to redo my resume afterwards.

While regrettable that ******* had to repeat the intake questionnaire, the process (including a video walkthrough) explicitly states it must be done in one sitting.Beyond that, *******'s writer followed up with her numerous times stating that she needed to answer questions about her experience for the resume to be completed. This Q&A process was also clearly stated as part of the intake questionnaire process and video, and is vital to creating a resume that reflects the job seekers unique experiences and results.*******'s writer did indeed make a typo, and she was deeply apologetic about it. Her writer also completed a second resume for free, targeting a different career path, to make up for the mistake. The CEO then spent extensive time supporting this client, provided numerous additional insights, reviewed both resumes, and the interaction ended in ******* expressing her gratitude. The CEO offered to make additional edits if she required them, so it's unclear why she decided to pursue another service to redo her resume(s), both of which scored highly in ***-analysis software for the roles she was targeting.
