      I purchased a heliem miner from Parley Labs back in April 2021. Becuase of the problems with technology and logistics in ***** the product was delayed. I was informed a few months ago that a refund was going to be given to all costomers via the credit card of the purchase. In my case I do not have the same credit card and called the credit card company and they can no longer access my information becuase it has been deleted. I informed Parley labs of this but they still tried to refund the money to my credit card. I have told them multiple times via email that I can't recieve it through my credit card and they need to find a way to refund me. They have stopped responding to my emails and claim thier hands are tied. It has not been over a year and I have not seen my products nor have I been refunded and now they will not respond to my requests for information via email. I don't know what to do to force a refund or file a complaint. I am flexible but they have no excuse for this level of bad service becuase I told them of the problems well in advance. Please find below files showing 1.an email on april 7 2022 telling them I don't possess access to my former credit card. (notice, they do not respond) 2. An email chain 3. My invoice from April 2021

      We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.  While it more than likely brings you no comfort, this experience has been a learning experience at best for Parley Labs.  As you are aware, supply chain and manufacturer issues prevented us from being able to fulfill your order.  We then attempted to blanket refund the orders only to run into processor issues when attempting to do so. In your case, we issued the refund to your original card on or around March 26, 2022, but as you stated you no longer have that card.  In most cases, the financial institution can track down these funds and re-route them to the card holder.  In your case, the financial institution charged back the credited transaction and returned the funds to us.  Having never experienced this before, we were unaware that this could happen and assumed this was a normal chargeback transaction.  Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

      As of this message, an e-check has been issued to the e-mail address associated to this order.

      On April 17, 2021, I ordered one of Parley Labs' Helium IoT Miner for $412.31 on order # ******** under the notion that I would receive the product within a few months. Shipping dates had been pushed back endlessly, to the point that I would receive the product within April 2022, a year after order. I have reached out a couple of times for status updates, and eventually canceling the order, only to be met with either no response, or vague/extremely general information barely pertaining to my order. It is now mid-May 2022, where I have reached out to customer support to refund my order and was met with the excuse that they are unable to cancel and refund my order since their product is shipping. A representative told me that the order was 'booked' to ship on April 17th, and it has been a month with no update on shipping, order fulfillment, etc.

      I placed 2 orders on April 20, 2021 for a total of $1,436.70 Order #*****: Item "HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner by Nebra ** 915" Cost $718.35 Order #*****: Item "HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner by Nebra ** 915" Cost $718.35 Parley Labs stated that they will ship after July 2021 but both were never shipped.They did reach out to me in December 2021 stating that the product has been discontinued and I asked for a refund.

      My friends and I ordered computers from Parley Labs Inc. almost a year ago and never received the product nor a refund. They have done this to many people online. We have never been updated through the process and the customer support is no help. In total my friends and I ordered over $5,000 in equipment through them and they have not refunded us. I cannot imagine how many more people ordered this product online and never received a product or refund. There are currently many petitions going around to stop Parley Labs from their sketchy business practices. Please help!

      I have purchased Sensecap M1 miner EU868 (European use ) for the use in *******, since it has description of specifications to be working in *** with Frequency of US915 on PARLEY LABS website. I was confident enought that it would work here in *******.(see attached specs from *********** website) Since getting the product it would not work. I have contacted Parley Labs reps via email and phone conversation. **** from the *********** could not provide reasoning behind wrong description/advertisement of their EU868 product on their website . He could not answear for wrong description of the product on their site either.I ask, if Parley Labs can refund me the money or exchange the product for correct one. So far,all my requests were denied.I am asking to positive resolution in this matter.

      I placed an order for 2 Nebra Crypto Miners on April 16th 2021 for $719.18 to be filled when there was inventory. The order was cancelled on Parley Labs end on Dec 16th as part of a blanket order cancellation and refund process after many postponements on their estimated dates. They said it could take up to a few weeks to obtain the refund as they worked through credit card processors. They then sent a similar message in January. Attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful and their site still has the blanket refund message today as we speak saying it will take up to a few weeks now on March 18th 2022. They are requesting I book a phone meeting to discuss the order in May for whether I want to cancel or receive an alternative product. I do not want to wait until May. I've notified them I want my order cancelled and refund immediately on their site multiple times with no response or confirmation.I've read forum post from others and it appears for others they've tried to avoid performing the refund for many trying to persuade to accept in store credit or some other options running folks in circles. I hope others don't encounter this situation and hope that I am able to obtain my refund.

      On April 20th, I purchased a Nebra HNT miner from Parley Labs (Order #*****). I paid with cryptocurrency, and they were promising to deliver the miner around July 2021. This obviously did not happen. Parley was experiencing supply issues, so they decided to refund every order that they could not fulfill, mine included. This was November 2021. They followed up on December saying that all crypto payments would be refunded in the next couple of weeks. It has been 3 months, I have not gotten a refund. I have tried to email, fill out contact forms, call them, tweet at them, no answers. I paid $386 USD worth of HNT and have not gotten any confirmation in 3 months that I will be refunded. Meanwhile, they are active on ******* and still sending copious amounts of newsletters for other products. They said all crypto payments would be refunded for the purchase price through an eCheck. I haven't gotten anything.All I want is my refund at this point. Hopefully you guys can help me resolve this.

      Myself and others prepaid for a hotspot device from the company but after several months waiting we have not received said devices. To add injury to insult I have not received an refund for pre-order but several emails promising that it is coming soon. My trust for this company is at a zero and I would just like my refund so that I can move on from this nightmare of an experience.

      Purchased 2 helium hot spot miners on April 8 2021. I was supposed to receive my product at regular shipping times. But that never happened, I contacted parley over 2 months ago stating I wanted a refund, yet they keep giving me reason why I can't receive a refund yet
