      Hello , my name is *********************** . On July 15th I withdraw money out my account . My last valid transaction was $408. I then proceeds to get what I needed out the store I bought my items then I left my purse/wallet. I go back and find out that my wallet and purse was gone . I called Wells Fargo and spoke to a representative to lock my card and resend a new one . 3 days later I call to find out my card was never cancel And more charges Appear. Then I had to make another call because she didnt dispute all the transactions! The money was for my rent. Not these charges !!! Im missing half of my rent because someone stolen my card . I even had witness says they saw someone grab the bag ! Claim number : *********** I file a police report as well . They refuse to give me my money ! Someone has stolen over $2k out my account and they did nothing about it ? Just let anyone takey money. Then they didnt even file my claim right . She disputed the transactions that was valid . Im confused . This whole claim was poor handling. Its unfair to me because that my money and I have bills to pay. I have a witness statement & a police report of the fraud transactions . They still wont accept . I will keep reporting until I get my money . Or court it is.

      i feel racial profiled as i had 300$ into this account & jumped to 1500 of funds i put into the ******** am so happy i put only that because now my account is on hold & its been like this for like 2 ************ are lying to me etc & someone finally told me its because they are trying to see where did the money come from like i have bills to pay i have my money in other bank buts my 1500 bucks just being gone definitely does not feel right i just want my money & all my money theyve already taken 1750 from me saying they cant locate it knowing i seen it in my account but its my word against their system eventually i just want my money

      I scheduled my last payment to Wells Fargo on July 17th, 2024, from my *********************** PAY. (It was due July 18th, 2024). I have proof of the Bill *** payment scheduled for July 17, 2024. Wells Fargo contacted me via email to let me know they did NOT receive my payment. I proceeded to Wells Fargo Bank as soon as I could to make the payment. I checked with my bank, but they could not answer why the payment was cancelled on their end. (the only explanation was maybe the system went down during the night, and it didn't complete the transaction, or "some type of glitch").Whatever the explanation (or non-explanation), I am NOT liable for these charges, nor will I accept a LATE FEE for no fault of mine, that could affect my credit score. (I am almost 75 yrs old and I ALWAYS pay my bills on time).

      I purchased a dress from Amazon. I purchased a wedding dress for the amount of $82.12. The transaction was authorized on 03/15/24. On 04/03/2024, I returned the dress. I shipped back to them and followed the instructions given by them. On, 04:04/24, I received a credit for the full amount. On 05/24/24, I was charged again for the same transaction. Amazon stated that the dress was not received despite their system saying that merchandise was Received. Now, I dont have the dress and Im out of my money.Wells Fargo, once again denied my claim despite me providing proof that the merchant promised credit, the merchant had the merchandise in possession. Wells Fargo failed on conducting appropriate investigation as required per **** rules. Im providing proof that the merchandise were returned along with promise of credit and the merchants guidelines for refund.

I ********************* DID NOT GET ANY SUPPORT FROM DRAFTKINGS AFTER CONTESTING THE BET THAT I WON TO GET PAID AND *** STILL BEING IGNOR BY DRAFTKINGS ABOUT CLOSING ACCOUNT AND FULLY REFUND MY ****** DOLLARS .THE WELLSFARGO CASH **** DISPUTE AGENTS AND MANGERS DID NOT RECOVER ANY REFUND EVEN WHATS LEFT IN THE DRAFTKINGS ACCOUNT ******.       I had a overdraft with wells fargo on February and when I spoke to them then I asked them to make it where my account don't allow overdraft. July 28th I noticed they allowed a overdraft and this morning at 12am they put two overdrafts fees on my account. so I called this morning 5 times and each time I begged to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisors are not talking to anyone and sent me to a different person. I begged and pleaded to have my overdraft fee reversed or at least one and has been denied even though i should be dealing with this because I asked to stop the overdraft in February. they still refused to allow me to speak to the supervisor and refused to refund my money. The last representative told me that he has now added overdraft protection since I threatened to close the account

      I am rejecting this response because:I have asked wells fargo to put overdraft protection so it wouldn't happen I never received the proof they put it but wells fargo keeping saying they did add it. They also informed me that they heard the recorded calling with me asking. Wells Fargo also claims it will still allow overdraft if money is in the account which is shocking they are claiming that when the account did not have any money in there

      Date or transaction - June 21st and July 21st. Made a payment of $700 to the account in order to catch up on supposedly late fees and missing payment of $356. Original payment for the car is $480. $220 dollars from the $700 payments that were made didn't go towards late fees only $130 went to the past due amount.

      On 07/02/24 I was duped into completing a wire transfer from my checking account. These individuals convinced me they were from Wells Fargo Bank and had the last four numbers of my debit card. Realizing what had just happened, I went into a Wells Fargo Bank located in ********, ** to explain my situation. Also I kept in contact with the Wells Fargo Bank's wire fraud ***** and was told by ************************* that **** of America was notified to reclaim the funds and documentation was sent. However, Wells Fargo kept making empty promises and time went by so the scammers received my money. I was told that no one could confirm or deny that the funds were sent to the scammers bank account. I contacted local law enforcement, **** MD Attorney General and the Comptroller of the Currency who referred my case to the Consumer Financial ***************** Filed complaints with every agency I could think of. Just recently I received notice that Wells Fargo will not refund my funds because the transfer was done and they did not receive a signed Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement. Can you help?

      Wells Fargo engaged in deception and fraud when getting me to enter into an agreement to transfer my credit card balance from another institution to them. I called their representative in March 2024, who assured me that I would not incur interest if I were to pay off my monthly balance minus the balance transfer amount. However, every month since March I have been charged interest. This was effectively a modification to their terms regarding the grace ****** on credit cards, and I relied on this promise in entering the balance transfer agreement and paying the balance transfer fee. After learning of Wells Fargo's intent to continue charging me interest despite the agreement, I sought resolution directly from Wells Fargo and even made a complaint to CPBF, in which Wells Fargo has only reaffirmed their previous stance that I am properly being charged interest. During this time, Wells Fargo did not instruct me to stop using this card to make payments and neglected to inform me that I will keep incurring interest on purchases since the grace ****** is no longer in effect.

      I am rejecting this response because Wells Fargo refuses to acknowledge that during the same discussion with the customer service agent on March 1, 2024, there was clear and explicit conversation around the term of the balance transfer involving the grace ****** for interest on purchases made in between billing cycles. I explicitly asked several times for the agent to verify that if the monthly statement was paid in full minus the promotional balance transferred over, that there would be no interest accrued. The agent affirmed this understanding and we proceeded with the transaction. This misrepresentation is the only reason I initiated the balance transfer, and to have Wells Fargo spend more than three months refusing to acknowledge this misrepresentation is extremely disappointing and concerning, especially considering that I have been a customer of ********************** for nearly ten years at this point.
