              We closed on a home equity loan with LoanSnap on 11/1/2023. They have yet to fund the loan and will not tell us when the loan will be funded. For the last almost 30 days they have given us the run around. The title company last communicated with them on 11/9/2023 and were waiting on funds. We are almost to the point where we want the whole transaction cancelled.

              The website portal to pay my loan did not work for well over 3 weeks. I ended up sending a check thru my bank's bill pay. Now the website is working but not reflecting my mailed in payment. No one returns my phone calls, emails, nothing. I am at my wits end!
