Dear Supercell,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing as a Brawl Stars Content Creator to address a copyright strike issued on my ******* video on August 9, 2024, which I believe was made in error. The strike affected two videos (details attached).On June 23, 2024, Super Creators uploaded Brawl Stars update sneak peeks to *******. While I am a User in the Creator Program, I used publicly available information from those Super Creators videos and assets, per your Fan Content Policy, to create my video on June 24, 2024. The video, titled "NEW Brawl Stars Update Loading Screen + MUSIC," followed Supercells guidelines and showcased new menu music and the loading screen.The video gained almost ****** views and was well-received by the community until a copyright strike removed it. I believe this strike was incorrect, as my video adhered to Supercells Fan Content Policy (found here:(*********************************************************)). You may review the video here: (**********************************************************************).Impact and Concerns:This removal has caused reputational damage and disrupted my content creation efforts. As a content creator who has consistently promoted Brawl Stars, I feel this strike was unjustified and has negatively affected my standing with my audience.Request for Resolution:To address this, I kindly request:1. The retraction of the copyright strike and reinstatement of the video. 2. Simple Game, Clash Royal. The makers of the company have targeted the game clan I belong to. (*****). They state our name violates policy and no political names are allowed. However, there are several names Trump, Biden, MAGA on and on. We have submitted 10 names. They are AntiAmerican. The last name We The People.Initial Complaint

Supercell banned me for phishing when I was just trying to recover my account for a game that I have spent money on and their support team is rude and refuses to help me get any resolve on the matter whatsoever. I need help to get them to resolve this. I know they have the ability to *** their mistake yet they simply refuse to do so.Initial Complaint

8/2/2024 - I paid the company for a month long season pass to which the company suspended my account just a couple days into playing. This suspension was unjust, and due to another player coming into my clan and harrassing me, they halted my progress. I paid. $11.99 for this season pass and would like a refund immediately.Initial Complaint

On 7/8, I woke up to see my name on clash of clans was changed by force by supercell. This name was deemed appropriate for the 7+ years I’ve had it but they all of a sudden decided it needed to be changed. I have been given no compensation for this issue and I would like to be able to rechange my name. Their support has not been helpful or nice and as I have no received any compensation I am contacting the BBB like I informed them I would.Initial Complaint

Supercell has supposed ID protection for accounts. Yet somehow people can just change your supercell ID. Your accounts you played for years are just gone. No idea how. Something is seriously flawed and wrong with this system. People from ***** and malaysia are supporting their families by stealing accounts. How can my ********************** ID be removed? Had it on a phone number and email I owned. How? Please explain how my account was stolen?Initial Complaint

On March 3rd, my son purchased a "gem" promotion via the game Brawl Stars for $100. When he logged into his account on March 5th, all of the gems he purchased were gone. He later discovered that someone accessed his account, without his knowledge, and used the gems to make other in-game purchases. My ******* have both reached out to the company over a dozen times trying to get the issue resolved & have done everything they asked, but now they stopped all communication. In fact, they blocked my son from his account for 3 days stating that they were working on a resolution. However, nothing ever happened and when they gave him access again they said there wasn't anything they could do. There was no communication from them to him or me during those 3 days. They have 3 different emails that I've reached out to ************************************ *********************************** and ********************************** I'm always told that they can't provide a resolution via email and that I need to reach out to support via the game, which I explained to them wasn't always feasible because I was contacting them regarding my son's account. I didn't request that they refund me the money. He spent the $100. I just need them to reverse the in-game purchase that someone, and I'm not convinced it wasn't Supercell, made in his account so that he could get the gems back and use them as intended.I emailed them one last time yesterday, March 12th, and asked for a resolution and advised that if I didn't hear back from anyone, I was going to file a complaint with you guys so here I am. I'm hoping you can help me get an acceptable resolution. I am looking to get compensated for the days he was locked out of his account, without any communication from them. as well as get the in-game purchases that someone made with the 2200 gems he bought with the $100 reversed or just have the gems added to his account.Initial Complaint

In the game clash of clans, my account has been messed with by super cell. On my one account they cheat me out of money and fair game play. When i fill my clan castle its level 5. But when i go to attack its level 4 because super cell is cheating and making that happen in retaliarion for me giving the game a bad review because they cheat and scam you out of money.Initial Complaint

I made an in-game purchase and it does not work as intended.I contacted customer support and spoke with 5 different people about my ongoing issue. I provided screenshots of the issue at their request and they told me to "allow some time" for my purchase to work as intended.My purchase is valid for 10 days, and it has not worked for 6 of those days. I requested a refund several times, and each person I spoke with completely ignored my request. Instead, they asked for screenshots and one asked me to record a video of my screen and upload it to ******** Then, they disconnected the conversation after telling me to "allow some time" for my purchase to work. I shouldn't have to pay for something that hasn't worked since I purchased it.
