      Supercell account was hacked. When I tried to recover the account, they asked questions that made no sense from a recovery standpoint. Where was I when I created the account (5 years before), what devices had I played it on (I provided). when Exactly did I create the account (again how do I remember from 5 yrs before). I had linked my account to my email address to help protect it (that was what they told us to do). I have spent hundreds of dollars on this account

      8/21/23 I played this game for years and earned everything. During the jiffy bank event they false advertised about needing to spend real money to unlock the boggy bank. I had earned over **** gems playing over the years and used them all up unlocking chests to complete the boggy bank challenge on top of hours of playing to complete it. Once the challenger was over all the coins I earn in the boggy bank disappeared. When I contacted support and told them what happened the agent I spoke with got rude, when I told them it didnt say anywhere you had to spend real money for the event and that all the time wasted over the years to earn those gems completely wasted. When I expressed my feelings how wrong it was they false advertised and how much of my time has literally been wasted earning those gems, the agent got more rude and then proceeded to close the chat and blocky from any type of support contact through the app. This company is only in it to ******* ***** kids out of money who dont know better.

      When reporting an issue with their game, their employee became unhelpful. Then rude, then disconnected the chat after asking for second level support and management. This is unacceptable service. Then locked out the chat system. I have used the company for over 5 years and never had such terrible service or experience from any other company in my life.

      On 4/29/23 my account was stolen on ******************** and when going to customer service when my account and email hacked no response from them with 3 customer service tickets sent. Its been nearly 20days no response or reply to my issue of stolen account of 10 years

      I have served Supercell Oy with legal papers requesting the erasure (anonymization and deletion) of my personal data which they store. My first request was on May 15, 2023. My request was denied. This is a basic right defined by the **** which governs the business in ******* and the *** which governs the business in *****************. I want help having my request processed.

      I have had multiple issues and questions. I attempted support 2 times on May 13, 2023, through the very limited web form. Both employees were rude and repeatedly calling me the name "Chief" even after 5 requests to stop calling me this and suggesting to call me stu or ****************, they continued to disrespect me. When I asked for manager they denied. When I asked for an email address they denied. I find this rude and racist, causing more aggravation and confusion then before. This experience has made me sick. I Uninstalled their software and want a full refund.

      I reached out to the SuperCell support team on May 4, 2023. I was looking to get into an account that I hadn't used in several years because I no longer had access to the email or the old phone. I followed customer service steps for an account recovery and explicitly mentioned I wasn't sure about a lot of my answers because I hadn't accessed the account in years. That being said, every answer I gave was to the best of my knowledge and completely honest. At the end of the customer service chat I was told I was trying to access a different users account. This seems extremely absurd considering I only answered the questions they gave me with all the information I had available. At no point did I even mention anything other than my own history with the game and my original account creation.The result of the customer service interaction was my new unrelated account being banned and all attempts to resolve the issue being ignored by SuperCell's customer service team. If you can't find my new account, that's fine. I just figured I would give it a shot instead of starting fresh. But to ban my current account because you were unable to locate my new one? That seems ridiculous and ironic it happened on the same day I spent money on the new account.
