            Royalty Pro Painting ruined my kitchen floor January 2023. The owner, **************** requested an opportunity to repair the damage himself which resulted in the floor becoming more damaged. Although, continuously stating that he would definitely pay for the damage, he NEVER did. It went from I will contact my insurance company, to let me give it a try, to requesting that I fix it myself in order to meet my critical deadline, to stating, he would not pay because baseboards were included. The cost of the baseboards were approximately $130 total. At that point, I agreed to remove the baseboards and requested that he just reimburse me. He said no, "take me to court." Well, I did. Before the judge, he said he owed me the money but was not paying for the baseboards. The courts awarded me the judgement. I have written Royal twice in reference to paying me the funds owed. There has only been silence. He appears to be a professional; however, there have been many a days where I wish I had done more research about this business and person that was recommended by an ex-coworker. This has been a painful experience and extremely disappointing.
