            I'm renting a house from this business named doorvest or DV communities. I was scheduled to move in on Oct 29. The keys were provided on Oct 28. I asked to be given with the keys on the 28th earlier so I can have a pest control because my baby and I we are allergic to any bug bites, this request was denied, so wen I came on Nov 29th with my baby the house was not clean. The land wasn't mowed and the house had bugs and ant nest debris and there was mud all over the floor and the toilets used.I contacted them and asked for a refund for the time that I spent cleaning the house by myself with my baby and I got bitten by some bug over the night. They told me they will clean the house (which will have no use because I was cleaning it already) and the lawn services which never appeared.I hace received no response until Nov 17th that I was quoted by the *** for the lawn issue. I already had paid for it and I let them know and still say it will be consulted with the team. So far I'm tired to try to contact them for a resolution. I will need further help.I'm asking for a compensation of $1,416.37 of first month's rent and the refund of ****** of mowing, a total of $1589.47

            *HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT *--- If 0 stars was an option that's what it would be. Save yourself a lot of time, money and stress and DO NOT give these CROOKS your money!! I moved to ******* about a year ago and unfortunately decided to rent a property through Doorvest. Since that time I have been an outstanding tenant, always paid rent on time, never miss a single payment, took care of the property as it was my own... and have done this all by myself because nobody seems to know who works at Doorvest or who is in charge of what property. I have Reached out numerous time regarding my lease, resigning, (they finally responded 11 days after my lease was up and after weeks of reaching out previously, and then, try to stick me with "I didn't give them a notice to vacate" when I moved to a new property after not hearing from Doorvest and stealing my deposit.... ) etc. and still nobody will respond to me in a timely manner. Good luck calling or getting a hold of someone who knows what they are doing or have any idea of the situation you may be calling about. I'm hoping this review gets their attention because it seems to be the only way to get Doorvest to be proactive about a situation. Do not expect to get your deposit back either they will find every BULL$h!t excuse they can to try and keep it. HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
