As a Trustee with the Sun City Elks Lodge #**** a contract was in existence with this company since October 21, 2011 with an automatic renewable every five years. The following statement is part of the contract "Host will promptly notify Provider of any operational problems with the **** Provider will resolve such problems, if within the control of the Provider, within 24 hours of such notification. When the employee came to our Lodge to fix the *** he had no reason for not being there days earlier in fact he failed to acknowledge that there was a problem on why he was late. We cannot do business with a company that does not live up to their contract.ACFN has failed to live up to their contract numerous times, but this time it was on a weekend and caused many problems at our Lodge for our members. We notified ACFN of a breach of contract and were severing our contract with them because they did not live up to their responsibilities.Since we notified ACFN by certified mail that we were ending the contract ACFN has been harassing the entire ***** of ******** with phone calls at all hours. They have even used other phone numbers of Lodge members to make it appear that the calls were coming from other than them. They even used the number of one of our recently deceased ***** members.They have requested payment of approximately $16,000 because we broke the contract when in effect they broke the contract because of poor service.
