            The business installed new HVAC ducting, a new furnace, and new ac. After several months of them not responding to our request to have the HERS test done and the permit signed off we discovered they had never pulled a permit. Once they finally did all of the paperwork was incorrect which invalidates the HERS testing. After several more months they refuse to correct the paperwork for the permit or the HERS testing and have the HERS test redone.

            I have a wonderful experience with ******s assigned Contra Costa ******************************** to install a new furnace and an A/C unit. Raji was friendly and responded to all my concerns and queries. The quote was a bit higher than other contractors but after the 15% ****** digital shopping card credit, the difference is marginal. I highly recommend ****** and Contra Costa Heating and Cooling.
